Yas Plaza Hotels celebrates the outdoor season by giving a new look to your favorite, “Daydream Brunch” at Stills Gastropub, Crowne Plaza Yas Island. Aside from the usual dose of fun and games, live music and barbecue stations, the Daydream brunch has packed a whole lot of goodness by combining great food, fun and games for adults and kids, and live entertainment by Nicola Warwick.

Stills has a roster of talented young chefs led by Chef Krishna Jadhav, who started his career at the Gordon Ramsay Plane Food Restaurant in London and even attended the famed chef’s Beef Wellington Masterclass at Heddon Street Kitchen. He brings his wealth of knowledge including a farm-to-table philosophy to Daydream brunch, which will be featuring high-quality ingredients and delicious but wholesome food in a laid back setting.

Start off with garden fresh salads featuring greens locally sourced or handpicked straight from Stills’ very own garden. Grab your bread or pastries made from scratch from the on-site bakery or your hot and cold feast prepared and served for you by chefs behind the counter. An abundance of live stations means plenty of options including a Langos station (typical Hungarian street food which is deep-fried flatbread), as well as breakfast favorites like waffles and eggs benedict stations. For those wishing to enjoy the bounties of the seas, an oyster bar supplied by local company Dibba Bay is also at the ready.

Making its highly anticipated comeback is the barbecue station which serves melt-in-your-mouth chargrilled beef brisket, and succulent meats and seafood grilled live. For the little stars of the party, a dedicated kids’ buffet ensures they get to enjoy their hearty meals their way. The Daydream brunch’s new concept has something for everyone’s taste and promises to suit any dietary requirements. While the food is sorted, the fun is just getting started. Expect activities for your kids that will not only keep them busy but will also ignite their creativity. Kick the weekend off in style with entertainment from Nicola Warwick, the lead singer of multi-award-winning band, The International Playboys. We hate to end a good party early, so if you wish to stay, the evening beats will be delivered by DJ James Murray.

While Stills already boasts a 26-metre signature bar counter, drinks will also be free-flowing from the bar in the terrace. Whether dining inside the upscale restaurant or al fresco soaking in the views of the golf course and the Arabian gulf, the Daydream brunch is worth the wander.

Book now for AED169 per person for a non-alcoholic package, AED269 with house beverages, and AED69 for kids between 6 to 12 years old. Kids below 6 dine for free. Extend the dream with the after-brunch party at AED149. The Daydream brunch is open from 12:30pm to 4:00pm followed by the after-brunch party, Top of the Pops, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
